Merlyo Mocktails isn't just about offering delicious mocktails to our customers, we strive to give our best in everything we do and that includes our aftersales service too. Learn more about our Shipping & Return policy to find out more about how your orders are being handled!

Order Fulfillment

Upon receiving your order we will pack your order and proceed to request for a delivery pickup from our delivery partner. Once that is done, orders will be marked as fulfilled and you will receive an email notification from us.

(Orders received between 0000H to 6pm will typically be fulfilled within the day).

DELIVERY

Our delivery partner will pickup your order the next day after it is fulfilled and sends it to their sorting facility to sort out the orders. Your order will then be processed and delivered to you on the following day. You will also receive an email containing a tracking number to track your order. The entire process from ordering to receiving your delicious mocktails typically takes 2-3 working days.

RETURNS

In the event that you:

1. Discover Leakage from unopened cans

2. Cans that are badly damaged

3. Did not receive your order

4. You received the wrong order

Outcome

You will receive an update on your issue in 2-3 working days time and should the case be accepted, we will either refund or resend your order(s) with 2 working days.
