Merlyo Mocktails are made with premium ingredients that are fresh from the farms. These ingredients are ordered on demand and goes through two quality checks at the supplier's end as well as the staff of our production team. In addition, our production plant is FSC22000 certified, meeting the highest food safety standards.
Where are your ingredients sourced from?
Our production team gets regular updates from ingredient suppliers across the EU and Southeast Asia about season and weather conditions. Depending on the time of production, we then procure the most suitable ingredients from specific suppliers that will achieve the same consistent taste in our mocktails.

I received my order but the cans are badly damaged
We're sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damaged cans and send it to us at admin@merlyo.com.sg along with your order ID. We will either refund or ship out a fresh one for you within 2 working days.
